未承認薬の提供に関するポリシー

株式会社エム・ティー・スリー(以下MT3)は、重篤な疾患に苦しんでいる患者様のために、安全かつ効果的な治療薬の開発に取り組んでいます。MT3は未承認薬が安全かつ効果的であるかどうかを判断するため、責任を持って治験に取り組んでいきます。なお、以下の要件を充たす場合において、MT3は、治験ではないしかるべきプロセスに従って、承認に至っていない未承認薬を提供することを検討いたします。

  • ✓ 重篤な疾患や生命を脅かす疾患の患者様で、代替治療法がない場合
  • ✓ 患者様が治験に参加できない場合、または治療対象として適切でない場合
  • ✓ 当該未承認薬による治療が有益となりうると医師が判断する場合

MT3への未承認薬提供の要請には、それを必要とする主治医の署名入りの書面の提出が必要です。ただし、当該未承認薬の在庫量を含む様々な理由によっては、必ずしもその要請に応じて未承認薬を提供できるとは限りませんことをご了承ください。
